Luxury Balloon Garland Deposit

Sales Tax Included

You Design, We Create and Install on the Day of your event. 

A $200 deposit is required to reserve your garland, and time of installation. 

The total cost price of your garland will be sent after all information is finalized.

All Custom Installs begins at a minimum of $500 before taxes and delivery (delivery fee is based on distance from the Hub). 


Upon payment of deposit or full amount denoted in your invoice, the following terms apply. 

Payment Schedule,

All orders less than $500 full payment is due to secure booking. 

For orders greater than $1,000, Payment schedule 50% of all invoices due to secure booking. 

Outstanding balance is due 5 days before before the event. No monies will be held until after the event with the exception of NET-30 and NET-45 accounts agreement prior to generation of the purchase order number. 


Refund Policy,


Site Visit Fee- this is a service fee. Site visit fees are non-refundable regardless of completion of event.


Event and balloons installation policy-

All payments are non-refundable however transferable to an event of equal cost within a 1 year period. Any extra colors or extra designing elements will be charged. Change of location also affects the pricing and customer will recieve an additional invoice denoting changes. Change of date is at a first come first serve basis. 


Cancelation policy,

Client has 2 dates for rescheduling. After second rescheduled date no monies will be transferred to future date. This is to ensure flawless transition of events weekly.  Thank you for your understanding.


Rental Items and Strike Fee,

Items which are considered rentals are subject to collection in perfect condition after the event pick up time is due. Please be advise a strike fee of $10/foot of garland is charged (also includes bagging popped balloons). Clients are welcomed to keep all inflated and installed balloons included in this purchase. 

Any damages to rentals will result in a replace fee of the item and will be issued in a separate invoice. Any damages will also result in the client being placed on a DON'T SERVICE LIST.


Insurance for Day of Event,

   Any business, venues, or event coordinators needing proof of insurance a separate charge fee for the certificate will be charged. In addition to but not limited to all extra articles of subrogation needed in addition to the policy will also be charged as an extra fee for process extra insurance.
