Balloon Bouquet Drop test APPROVED Balance of foils and latex 5feet structures Marketing Strategies . Class length 7.5 hours long Class included Full Balloon Kit (All supplies) and Print Curriculum Class entry is for one student only, no group discounts are available at this time. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another class.
